An award winning, copper-coloured, full bodied premium ale, this is a hearty beer with a yeasty nose and slightly dry after taste from the surfeit of Kent hops in copper. Why is it called "Bishops finger"? Perhaps we shouldn't ask. But as the Bishop said to the actress, ... and you can taste the fruit flavours and feel the hops on the back of the tongue with this beer. A lovely beer.
