Ginger Tom is a lively breed indeed, a subtle snap of ginger creates lovely purring warmth for those cold winter nights, or a refreshing summer beverage when served over ice.
Specially brewed using an infusion of Chinese bruised ginger root and botanical extracts, this warming speciality ale has a pronounced ginger and spiced herb palate complemented by a sweet roasted malt dryness and wonderful ginger after burn.
Ginger Tom is a richly flavoured dark oak coloured ale with distinctive aromas of peppery spice and sweet ginger.

A deep flavoured ale with a kick of ginger.
A really lovely winter warmer.
My new favourite.

Old Tom was always a tasty little Winter beer and this ginger version really works well. The fresh ginger taste masks the strength of this wonderful tipple. Definitely a drink to pass around near Christmas.
Stujago –
Lovely fiery ginger flavour to this beer, although it is smooth. The ginger also gives it a pleasant sweetness. Occasionally the maltiness of the beer comes through.
Chris Meechan –
A dark, rich ale with warming ginger flavours – delicious.

Enjoyed this one – pleasing balance between the gingeryness and the beer
