A clear, golden, summer ale, (original gravity 1051), with a refreshing, hoppy aroma and little after taste. Brewed from a blend of Maris Otter Pale Ale and Cara pils malts with an interesting mix of Fuggles, Golding and Challenger hops in copper, you can scent the fields of summer corn in the nose. This is a beer to be savoured, not only in summer, but at any time. But don't make hay after more than a couple of bottles of this delightful brew.
