This is a pale ale with a tasty gooseberry slant. It is very drinkable and pours a golden colour with a decent head. Thankfully the gooseberry taste is not just in the background and it complements the ale well. Worth a shot if you are trying unconventional beers.

Gooseberry is there when sniffed, but not as much as I was hoping for. It tastes very light for a 5 percenter. You get a burst of the obvious gooseberry, then a sweet hoppy hit. The finish is a nice sweet buzz of citrus.

Haven’t really felt gooseberry. Closer to average saisons with no particular standouts
