Charles Wells’ Sticky Toffee Pudding Ale is a rich, full favoured beer that is a deep copper colour. It has all the warmth, aromas and appeal of the rich pudding.
Brewed with Pale Ale malt and a secret blend of complex sugars and molasses. The initial sweetness is balanced with gentle bitterness from Fuggles and Goldings hops. The sweet caramel and toffee flavour is smooth with a robust aftertaste.
Darren J Lockwood –
Tastes off Sticky Toffee Pudding with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Phil Davies –
Really nice. Tastes like it sounds.
Gareth Roberts –
Decent sweet and malty not over the top like some breweries do that makes them sickly

Starts out as a rather standard brown ale but quickly fades out to a sweet toffee and caramel/vanilla aftertaste with a subtle bitterness to finish. Flavours mellowed out as it sat in the glass. Never seemed overly sweet — could’ve easily had another!
