Brew York is a brewery born out of two friends passion for beer and brewing. Located within York’s historic city walls, the experience and location of the brewery is as enjoyable as the beer itself. Their unique Taproom with riverside beer garden sits next to the Brewhouse and allows them to showcase their beers at their freshest. Brew York Philly Harmonic Orchestra is a collaboration between Brew York and S43 brewery. Brewed with Philly Sour yeast which adds refreshing acidity and stone fruit notes that complement the Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops. Finished with Verdant IPA yeast which perfectly balances the sharp and hoppy citrus juice.
