Ginger Nol (Not Ginger No 1 - it’s an L, not the number 1). Oliver Cromwell was a red head, believe it or not. Ginger, for the red hair, and Nol, which means lump or stump - loosely translated meaning head - simple! (Nol was also an old nickname for Oliver). (Yes, that is another clue to the brewery name - clues coming thick and fast now!)
