Espiga is the result of two biologists with a passion and a calling to create a different and unique quality beer with character, personality and attitude.Following international experience in Germany and Denmark, they came together to launch the Espiga project.
Espiga Blonde Ale is a pale golden beer with an intense, fruity aroma which is particularly striking with citric and sour tropical fruits, hints of white grape and watermelon notes. It is fresh on the palate with exotic fruit undertones and a slightly bitter finish.
Espiga Blonde Ale pairs nicely with seafood, fruit salads and spicy dishes.This is an award winning beer, winning the bronze medal at the 2015 Dublin Craft Beer Cup.
