Amber Pszeniczniak is a wheat beer from Polish family brewery, Amber. Amber produces a range of beers, from traditional Polish styles to modern international beer styles. Brewed in the traditional Hefeweizen style, Amber Pszeniczniak is a new beer to the Amber range.
Pouring a light straw colour, Amber Pszeniczniak is cloudy, with enticing aromas of banana and peppery spice rising from the foamy white head. The flavour is smooth, sweet and spicy, with plenty of bready yeast, typical of the Hefeweizen style. Buy Amber Pszeniczniak for a full-bodied Hefeweizen, from Polish family brewery, Amber.

Stunningly good wheat beer and very surprising. Definitely very Germanic in taste, with good bubblegum flavours. Lots of banana and clove.

My first foray into Polish wheat beers, and this does not disappoint! A hearty ‘pschht’ as the top comes off followed by an aroma of bananas and citrus. It pours with a very pleasant, creamy head which holds. The colour is quite light, really, unlike most wheats and the taste is a mixture of sweetness with a bready, yeasty flavour and a very enjoyable after-taste on the palate. A definite recommend from me and a certain ‘buy again’ beer. I also agree with the previous two reviewers, a distinct five-star rating!

Good to have this again having had it in Poland. Huge head, takes a while to pour and it lasts. Bananas, cloves & a bready, malty bitter finish.

A good take on a wheat beer, had this many many times both in poland and the uk however my thoughts change on this drink as frequently as the head does on this drink. having had it recently I found it to be slighlty less full bodied than I last remembered. Good wheat and banana tastes flowing through although the banana can overpower the citrus aftertaste. Needs to be drank nice and cold!

Between a German hefweizen and a Belgian witbier for me. Quite watery and thin. Banana taste is there although not particularly strong. There is a bitterness in the background. Typical frothy head. Pleasant drink.

I was curious to see how a Polish Weissbier would compare to the mighty Germans and I wasn’t confident.
BUT – I absolutely love this !! and at the moment it’s my new favourite.
In my opinion it’s less banana more clove ? it might be an acquired taste but personally I’m diggin it.

Fantastic wheat beer. I was given this in a mixed box (birthday present) and hadn’t realised it was a wheat beer from the bottle – until I tasted it. Absolutely love it. What a great beer!! If you like wheat beers you have to try this.

A classic unfiltered wheat beer. Pours with a thick creamy head that’s almost firm enough to spread butter on. Aromas of fresh bread on opening. If it wasn’t for the name, you would think it was Bavarian.
