If you are looking for an excellent imperial stout then look now further… The taste is a decent balance of toasted, caramel malt, chocolate and coffee notes and dark fruit notes of figs and plums and lots of vanilla. Motor Oil Double Vanilla ends with a medium bitterness and a good sweetness, a delicious mouth filling with a rich body and light carbonation.

Powerful 12% Russian Imperial Stout which pours black with a tan head. Roasted malt, vanilla and coffee are the dominant flavours. Sweet but a slightly bitter aftertaste. Is it worth the money? Well, I think so!

Very heavy, deliciously rich stout. Thick and syrupy, it’s very easy to drink and you don’t notice the high abv in the taste. I would have liked to have had a little bigger hit of vanilla than i got so although it is a very good stout, i was just looking for slightly more in the taste department for the price it costs. Still, definitely one that i’d drink again.
