O Brother Exploded View Can

O Brother Exploded View is an IPA from Irish craft brewery, O Brother. Founded in 2014 by brothers Barry, Brian, and Paddy O’Neill, they have brewed over 50 different beers in a wide range of styles. O  Brother Exploded View is a limited release single hop DIPA from the ‘Off the Wall’ collaboration with ADW.  Using their classic malt base, Vienna and Cara Pils have been added for a hint of malt sweetness whilst flaked oats add the silky, creamy mouthfeel.  Brewed with the Simcoe hop which is from Yakima, Washington which adds its signature characteristics.  Citrus, pine and earthy, dank tropical notes hit the nose whilst the palate is all about the heavy hitting, over ripe tropical and stone fruits. Dank, funky apricot, mango and passion fruit notes with a touch of citrus and pine to balance.
