This imperial oatmeal stout is brewed with the Vietnamese coffee, black Ca Pe Chon, which is one of the world's most expensive coffee varieties. Ca Pe Chon coffee is made with the excrement of vaseldyr. The south east Asian animals eat only the best and most mature coffee beans. The enzymes in their digestive system helps to break down the beans. the excrement containing the whole beans is then collected and ground down to produce the coffee.The coffee has a strong aroma and an even stronger flavour.
