Hobo Chic is a dry and hoppy imperial IPA from Dry & Bitter who first opened the doors of their Denmark brewery in early 2015.
Brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Chinook hops and combined with a hearty malt body, allowing the hops to shine whilst allowing the flavour to remain balanced.
Hobo Chic pours a clear copper colour with a medium off white frothy head and some debris. The big, hoppy aroma hits the nose with citrus notes, pine and hints of sweet caramel. On the palate, medium to high bitterness with light caramel malt sweetness, citrus and pine notes. Full bodied with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
