This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production.
The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All of these features make St-Feuillien Blonde an excellent and very drinkable beer.
St-Feuillien Blonde has won the Silver Medal at the Australian Beer Awards 2011, in the category of Belgian and French style Ales. It was awarded the titles of World’s Best Abbey Pale Ale, in London, in 2009 and 2010.

Tasty crisp and full bodied Belgian blonde
DSK –
I love discovering a new Belgian blonde and St Feuillien was a pretty nice find. This has a nice aroma and smooth taste. A great example of a classic blonde.
Bruce Awford –
An easy drinking classic Blonde with pleasant notes of cloves and nutmeg.
Geoff Jackman –
A decent if not outstanding blonde, although it can hold its head up high against a lot of the competition. Maybe a little thin considering its strength.
John Skinner –
Classic Belgian Blonde, initially melons and peaches on the palate, leading to a long dry aftertaste. They do not get any better for this type of beer.
