Saison Silly is a saison style top fermentation old brown beer.
Its taste is remarkable, light and favourably combined to offer a tone that is both modestly sweetened and fruity, leaving the mouth with a refreshing feel as is constantly asked of it.
Mark Charrington –
In my glass clear amber has a fluffy head My nose finds fruity caramel sugary malt It tastes peach toffee apple with hints of Madeira wine. A most unusual saison I would put this in the old brown ale or Biere de Garde family
Kris –
It was not silly season drinking this Silly Saison – a fantastic tasting beer with delightful flavours.
Vlad –
well this is silly, I did not know there was a Saison like this one. Caramel, plum, candied fruit, cherries, tart apple, earth, medium body, slightly sour and very slightly bitter. reminds me of Dunkel, Malty Mild or Oud bruin . nice beer.
