The organic Saison Dupont is a top-fermenting lager, bottle fermented. Founded in 1990, she was with one of our Bio Moinette first two organic beers. Its production is controlled by Certisys and beer is labelled Biogarantie.
Saison Bio is a very refreshing bee, especially dry and bitter. The notes of citrus (mainly grapefruit) that are present further strengthen this refreshing aspect. The long fermentation in the bottle means that this is a complex tasting beer which is very light.
