Préaris Quadrocinno is a Belgian quadrupel ale brewed with coffee beans, from the Belgian Vliegende Paard Brouwers. Based in the town of Oedelem, about 12km outside Bruges, Vliegende Paard Brouwers are relatively new on the brewing scene. They are rising in popularity, having won the RateBeer ‘Best New Brewer In Belgium’ award in 2013.
Préaris Quadrocinno is a dark, stormy brown-black colour, with the aromas of coffee, dark fruits and roasted malts rising from the beer. The first sip is sweet, with flavours of vanilla, caramel and dark fruit developing through to a slightly bitter coffee aftertaste. Buy Préaris Quadrocinno for a strong, rich Belgian quadrupel ale with a delicate coffee flavour.
