Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries.
A magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean natural taste. Pair with chocolate desserts (especially chocolate decadence), fresh raspberries, ice cream with a raspberry demi-glaze sauce, creme caramel, baked Alaska, Olympia oysters, caviar.

Pull the cork and a superb raspberry waft hits you! This is a beautiful red beer with a real raspberry taste. It is a close call between this and the Lindemans Cassis as my favourite of all beers. At just 2.5% it is low in alcohol but packs a real taste punch. Delicious to drink by itself or with red meat, pate or with a dessert.

As drunk by slightly chubby pink angels while sitting on fluffy clouds. Intense raspberry flavour, sharp and refreshing.
