Quintine is a blond beer of high fermentation, not centrifuged, unfiltered, not pasteurised, and fermented in the bottle, so naturally “saturee native element.”
The name of the beer “Quintine” is a reference to the folklore of Ellezelles. Quintine is the name of a witch who was burned in 1610.
Mark Charrington –
This one has a hazy pale orange body with a soapy head Soft malt grain aromas with orange hops my palate finds fruity hops caramel there is a zesty peppery finish It has a surprisingly creamy mouthfeel given the nose the ABV is well hidden
