Beers of Europe offers an incredible range of Beers from all corners of the globe. We stock over 2,000 beers, ranging from the world’s oldest breweries to the worlds newest and the best in-between. In addition, we stock a wide variety of ciders, spirits, wine, homebrew, and glassware to create the perfect gift or occasion. If you want to know a bit more go to our About page.

No, we also have a shop based on the outskirts of King’s Lynn, Norfolk.

Travelling along the A10 between Downham Market and King’s Lynn, you will come to a small village called Setchey, turn next to J.S.W Car Sales on to Garage Lane and we are located approx. 100m down the lane on the right-hand side. Our address and opening hours can be found on the Contact Us page.

Yes, there are age restrictions in place. In the United Kingdom, the legal age to purchase alcohol is 18 years old. Beers of Europe strictly adheres to these regulations and by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions on checkout you confirm that you are over 18 years old. In store, we operate a Challenge 25 policy, which means that if you appear to be under 25 years old, you will be asked for identification to verify your age.

There’s a particular item I’m looking for, can you get it for me?

We are always happy to see if we can help you track down an item. Please feel free to contact us on our ‘request a product page

For some products supply can be inconsistent, whether that is at the brewery itself or how often we or its supplier imports it. For products that are out of stock, you can sign up to be notified of its return on the product page. From there, as soon as we book the stock in we send an email to you.

Bottles and labels can and do vary. This means that the images shown on our website may not be the same as current stock items. If the bottle or label is important please check before ordering. Please be aware that even if the label looks different, that product will be the same product if it has the same barcode. Because we work from the barcode, if producers does not make us aware of a label change we often miss updates until we are contacted about it. Apologies in advance for this.

Please note that it isn’t always possible to provide a perfect looking bottle/label as this very much depends on the condition they are received in from our supplier.

We occasionally have items available in the shop that are not available to purchase online, usually because they are too fragile or large to post.

We do not have a minimum purchase amount, but delivery charges may apply.

For orders between £25.01 and £60, delivery is charged at £5.99 (3 working days) or £7.99 (next working day).  Some areas are excluded and will incur extra charges. Please see postcodes listed in our Terms and Conditions.

For orders over £60, delivery is £3.99 (3 working days) or £5.99 (next working day). Again some areas are excluded and will incur extra charges. Please see postcodes listed in our Terms and Conditions.

For orders over £100, delivery is free (3 working days) or £3 (next working day). Some areas are excluded and will incur extra charges. Please see postcodes listed in our Terms and Conditions.

Customers can amend their orders as long as the order has not been picked and packed ready for despatch. If you wish to make an amendment please call us as soon as possible on 01553 812000.

Yes of course, when checking out just select ‘create an account later’

We use a variety of thick and sturdy cardboard boxes and dividers to hold each bottle individually. Any remaining spaces are filled with biodegradable air bags to stop movement of the contents. Glasses are wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure they arrived in once piece.

When placing your order please add the details at checkout.  We regret that if your order has been packed and is ready to despatch that amendments cannot be made.

All of our orders are shipped without any pricing or payment details, these are in the confirmation email. The only paperwork in the box contains a summary of the order and addresses.

On checkout you can add a message to your order.

Unfortunately we do not offer gift packaging.

We currently use DHL, but we do also trial other couriers alongside from time to time.

We don’t currently ship outside the UK and Ireland but it may be something we offer in the future.

Unfortunately our carriers do not offer a time specific delivery service. We can send orders to arrive on a specific date but we would remind you that whilst 98% of deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe we cannot 100% guarantee the day. Couriers do often offer delivery windows on the day, with the option to rearrange if necessary.

If you are ordering as a gift we would ask you to take this into account when arranging delivery.

Please note that we are unable to offer weekend deliveries.

Our boxes come in 6s, 12s, and 24s. By no means are you required to order in those quantities, but it is worth bearing in mind when ordering. A full box also helps to reduce the small chance of damage, as empty compartments collapsing can be a cause of this.

Please check the tracking first, as they may provide an explanation but we welcome the opportunity to nip issues in the bud. Either call us on 01553 812000 or email our [email protected] to hear from our customer service team. Check out delivery details for more information.

If you have changed your mind for whatever reason, you can consult our returns information, or get in contact on 01553 812000.

  1. Andy Nichols

Nicely balanced beer. Full bodied. It’s a dark coloured pilsner that’s almost not a lager! But it’s nice.

  2. Hywel Davies

Good quality pilsner. Quite a strong malty taste. Good head, easy drinking.

  3. Chris

Closer to a Helles in my opinion, not much bitterness, decent malty taste.

  4. Karolina Hoctor

We as a family are so happy to be able to get this beautiful amber nectar here in the UK… I introduced it to my husband when he visited me in Vienna 27 years ago and it remains his favourite beer.. always super fast delivery. And thanks again for keeping it in stock for us

  5. Otto TheBierDude

A dark yellow beer with a fine white head. The aroma is sweet malty, while the flavor contains nice notes of aroma hops as well as sweet malt.

  6. Richard Allen

Quite malty for a pils. Not very much carbonation, but has a lot of flavour and a nice, long aftertaste. A pleasant beer with a nice aroma. Worth trying if you like a bit more depth to your beers.

  7. Paul Boniface

Good quality pilsner with a malt taste. The beer has quite a bit of depth with a pleasant after taste.

  8. Dean Griffiths

Low carbonation, quite a malty aftertaste, though smooth and very drinkable.

Alright by me, will buy again.

  9. Elle M

I was pleasantly surprised with this one especially as it’s a pils with over 5% abv, hit the spot nicely. Well balanced and not too malty

  10. Stujago

A very good pilsener which goes down very well. Clean, crisp and sessionable. Nice head, good fizz and very nice bitterness.

  11. Jens

Typical Pilsener hops, but smoother than the average Pilsener, not too much malt, crisp, dry, with an extremely long finish – perfect.

  12. WF

A bit on the pricy side but worth the investment, we don’t see enough beer from Austria. Quite sweet for a pils with masses of body.

  13. Michael Channon

A most enjoyable drink…malty flavours dominate but is still fresh and tasty..

  14. Kris

Not had many Austrian brews but this was a mightily impressive pils that went down too easily

  15. Tony Hartley

Love this beer. Smoother than typical, but plenty of flavour. Was tempted to mark it down as it is a bit pricey, but you can see the cost for yourself so I will judge purely on whether I liked it or not. Since I’ve bought this every time its been in stock for the last couple of years (despite the cost), you can work out my verdict.

  16. Robert Vestey

Excellent beer again from a small Austrian brewery. Creamy and full of flavour. Good delivery times. I’ll be back.
