Engelszell Weissbier Trappistenbier is a Trappist Weissbier from Austrian Trappist brewery, Stift Engelszell. One of the few accredited Trappist breweries outside Belgium, Stift Engelszell produces a range of top-quality Trappist ales, brewed according to the strict Trappist controls. Engelszell Weissbier Trappistenbier is one of the lightest beers in the Engelszell range, and has a lower carbonation compared with other Weissbiers.
Pouring a hazy golden colour, Engelszell Weissbier Trappistenbier offers up a bouquet of fruity, peppery notes. The flavour is soft and fruity, with a gently sparkling body. At 4.9% ABV Engelszell Weissbier Trappistenbier is lower in alcohol than many Austrian Weissbiers, and this combined with the delicate flavour and low carbonation makes for an incredibly refreshing beer.

Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bananas, cloves. Taste is cloves, bananas, mineraly, quite spicy. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!
