Timorous Beastie is a brilliant highland Malt Scotch Whisky which is made in small batches by Douglas Laing and Co Ltd. This whisky is made using a blend of Scotland’s very best in malts including those from Dalmore, Glengoyne and Glen Garioch.
The name of Timorous Beastie whisky comes from the Robert Burns poem 'To a Mouse', although the poem makes the mouse sound timid you should not expect this whisky to be timid in anyway.
The aroma gives your sweet hints of honey and barley. The smell is followed by the flavours of dried fruits and anise with a long dry finish.
