Cast Iron Billy is a decadent imperial brown stout. It pours a deep black with a thick tan head and a rich aroma with roasted malt, cocoa and dark fruits.
Medium to sweet in flavour with rich roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, molasses and some fruitiness.
Full bodied with fine carbonation, lightly warming and sticky in the lingering finish.
