Limoncello di Capri
Limoncello di Capri is produced following traditional methods, according to the flavours of the beautiful island of Capri; this liquor has been distilled since many years by the Canale family, which controls every aspect of the production, starting from the lemon tree itself.
It is obtained exclusively by infusing in alcohol the zest of the lemon "ovale di Sorrento" IGP, incredibly rich in essential oils, which give the product a great aroma and a full-bodied character.
Made without using food colourings, preservatives and flavourings, Limoncello di Capri is 100% natural.
Served straight, at 4 degrees C, it is great after a meal, but can also be used as the ingredient of a refreshing cocktail together with Prosecco, or to enrich desserts and fruit salads, thanks to its flavour and aroma.
Pours an intense shade of yellow that can change depending on the period the lemons have been picked, with a refreshing and citrusy bouquet and a sweet, balanced and intense taste, with a clean and persistent aftertaste.
