Bramley and Gage’s Creme de Cassis is made with fresh blackcurrants grown in Somerset. Ripe berry fruit flavours burst into the mouth and are followed by blackcurrant earthiness. The sweetness of this liqueur is balanced by the strength and tartness of the blackcurrants. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy and is followed with a lingering finish.
The intense flavour of this Creme de Cassis means it will add zing to both sweet and savoury dishes. It is excellent as a ‘Kir’ and can be enjoyed simply poured over ice cream.
