A blueberry beer bottle fermented and brewed with wheat and malt.
It is the result of maceration of real blueberries and Bonsecours, with no sugar added. It is then subjected to three fermentations: Firstly, a first fermentation in brewing the mash tun.
Then, during the maceration of the fruit in cold cellars and finally, one last time in the bottle.
Bonsecours Myrtille develops a rather dark, red colour with a compact foam head and a pronounced blueberry flavour. On the palate it is dry, fresh, slightly spicy and very fruity.
