Alita Brandy is a subtle combination of flavours and aromas. The pleasant, light flavour is characteristic of French brandy. The aroma is light with a hint of vanilla and dried fruits.
Made from a mixture of wine spirits (or cognac spirits), obtained from the selected grapes grown in South-Western France, in the province of Charente. The cognac alcohol is obtained by double distillation of wine produced from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard grapes.
The taste and aroma of the brandy is determined by organic aromatic substances contained in the wine, as well as aging in oak casks.
