Adnams Triple Knot Tripel is a golden Belgian Tripel ale.
Tripel Knot is inspired by the strong tripel ales brewed in Belgium. Made with Pilsner and articulared malt, invert sugar which has been fermented using Adnams house yeast and white wine yeast.
It is hopped with Eldorado and Pacific Jade with the addition of lavender, orange blossom and jasmine. It is then left to mature for six months which allows the slightly bready character to come emerge.
Triple Knot has delicate jasmine and lavender aromas and intense honey and orange blossom flavours. Best served chilled, it pairs well with roast duck and blue cheese.
