Delivery Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12pm.(e.g. orders placed by 12noon tuesday deliverd wednesday, orders placed by 12noon friday delivered monday). Goods lost will be replaced Free of Charge. Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to another order when placed. Please notify us where possible with 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery. Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customers own risk. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.
