Tasting Notes: Originally from Bordeaux, France, this is currently the most ubiquitous variety on a worldwide scope, a feat that is largely due to the fact that Cabernet was able to adapt successfully to almost every type of soil. When young, its most pervasive trait is the forcefulness of its tannins, which tend to soften over time and give way to exceptional, elegant, good-bodied, flavorful and round wines characterized by pepper, black fruit and cassis notes.

Tasting Notes: Shiraz are mostly tannic and well structured wines, but this Rosé, made from the free run juice of the grapes, is a really different thing with its bright and intense purple color, attractive fruity aromas, specially strawberries and raspberries, as well as hints of spices. It is very fresh and easy to drink, with good acidity and fruity flavors of blackberries and plums.
